NYGC Rouses Point, located in Rouses Point, New York, provides a substantial 125,000 sq ft of data center space. The facility is powered by 3MW of sustainable energy, with the capacity to upgrade to 17MW.

It features multiple data center rooms designed for collocation, private cloud, and bare metal hosting. Technical specifications include 10GB network connections, upgradable to 100GB on demand. The site also boasts a 4300 sq ft operational warehouse for onsite spares and backup units, along with two redundant logistic docks.

Presently, the facility houses 12 immersion tanks capable of supporting up to 600 submerged nodes with an average PUE of 1.03, and 4 air-cooled racks for up to 1200 nodes with an average PUE of 1.12. This represents the largest Submer tank deployment in North America. Future plans for Q2 2025 include an additional 3.2MW of redundant power, 6 more immersion tanks, and 48 additional air-cooled racks.

The data center can support up to 53,760 CPU cores and 2540 GPUs, with large storage available on demand for cost-effective media transfers and storage. The location emphasizes a secure environment with staff and invitee badge access.
