DataBank Orangeburg Campus

DataBank’s Orangeburg Campus is a premier data center hub located 30 miles north of New York City. Spanning 34 acres, it houses two facilities—LGA3 and LGA4—offering a combined 220,000 square feet of raised floor space and 40MW of critical IT load. The campus benefits from direct connectivity to major carrier hotels in Manhattan and Newark, ensuring low-latency performance for financial and media applications.

The campus is powered by an existing utility-owned substation delivering 30MW, with expansion potential up to 45MW. Additionally, there is space for a second DataBank-owned substation, capable of providing an extra 45MW, ensuring scalability for high-growth workloads. The facilities support high-density computing, offering N+1 power and cooling redundancy, and are designed for AI, cloud, and enterprise applications
