What's the elmT data center difference?

Unlike existing data centers where the total energy demands of slower systems required little planning, elm's facility is designed with a long term strategy for maintaining the sustainability of advanced IT systems. This approach positions our customers to take advantage of long term cost benefits based on heat and power consumption, increased security, and maximize availabiliy, as well as provide another way to help address increasing sustainability demands.

Recycling Our Assets

elmT data center is located inside a former ice cream factory in Downtown Buffalo, NY. The cement structure is rated for 250 pounds per square foot, and takes advantage of the proximity to the area's high speed data infrastructure and power grid. By renovating an existing asset to complement it's strengths and incorporate advanced, new capabilities we're helping to maintain both our area's heritage and our economic vitality.
