Global AI operates a significant 32MW data center in Endicott, New York, located at 1701 North Street. This facility, spread across two buildings, is notable for housing what Global AI claims to be the largest cluster of Nvidia GB300s in New York State. The buildings themselves have a historical connection to IBM, as Endicott is recognized as the birthplace of the technology giant. The founders of Global AI also have strong ties to IBM; co-founder John E. Kelly III is credited with creating IBM's Watson and had a nearly 40-year tenure at the company. CEO Sami Issa previously established a joint venture between Mubadala Development Company and IBM, and also founded W3bcloud, a venture focused on blockchain-based data centers.
