Connect Data Centers by Oppidan

Connect Albuquerque is a planned 90,000-square-foot data center in Albuquerque, New Mexico, developed by Oppidan Investment Company. The facility, located along Daytona Road NW, will have a total IT capacity of 10MW. The project is being built within the Westpointe 40 Business Park, a site Oppidan acquired from Titan Development in September 2024. Construction is expected to be completed by winter 2025.

Oppidan, a Minnesota-based property development firm, has worked on data center projects across the US, including developments for Oracle, Bell Canada, and Sabey Corp. The company has been expanding its footprint with recent projects in Memphis, Tennessee; El Paso, Texas; Chicago, Illinois; and Santa Clara, California.
