US Liquidity Center (USLC)

The US Liquidity Center (USLC) Data Center, located in Mahwah, New Jersey, is a state-of-the-art, Tier 4-guided facility operated by ICE Data Services. This purpose-built center spans 396,000 square feet on a 28-acre site, offering scalable white space up to 100,000 square feet at 15 watts per square foot. Situated just 34 miles from Wall Street, it provides colocation space and robust connectivity services through the SFTI® network, designed for low-latency access to ICE, NYSE, and third-party exchanges.

The facility boasts a scalable mechanical and electrical infrastructure, supported by 28 MW of total site power, redundant fiber connectivity, and 48 hours of emergency generator fuel storage. Security is prioritized with armed security staff, a surveillance system, and continuous temperature and humidity monitoring. Carrier Meet Me Room (MMR) facilities allow customers the flexibility to choose telecommunications providers.

USLC offers flexible colocation options, including cabinets with power configurations ranging from 4kW to 15kW, as well as partial cabinet solutions for smaller requirements. Advanced features include front-to-back cooling, power monitoring, and secure locking systems for equipment protection. Customers can also benefit from high-quality 24/7 on-site support, hot hands maintenance, and network connectivity services like ICE Global Network IP and LCN for optimized performance.
