The Csquare - New York EWR2 Campus, located in Weehawken, New Jersey, comprises two facilities at 300 JFK Blvd E and 1919 Park Ave. This fiber-linked data center is situated on the Hudson River waterfront, less than 10 miles from the New York Financial District, offering convenient access to New York City via multiple transportation routes. The campus spans 199,110 sq. ft. and is equipped with 45.7MW of utility power, supported by 20.7MW UPS and 31MW generator capacity. It features a carrier-neutral environment with 30 service providers and Csquare Digital Exchange connectivity. Security measures include 24/7 video surveillance, gated access, two-factor authentication, biometric scanners, badge readers, and ballistic paneling. Compliance certifications include SOC 1 Type II, SOC 2 Type II, PCI-DSS, NIST 800-53 PE High, and ISO 27001. The facility also provides 24/7 on-site remote hands support, structured cabling, and customer meeting areas.
