The campus is planned to reach gigawatts of power capacity upon full build-out, making it one of the largest colocation developments in the region.
The Citadel Campus provides a Tier 5® Platinum colocation environment, with 100% renewable energy and a 100% power uptime guarantee. The campus supports high-density deployments with power capacity of up to 2MW per cabinet, making it suitable for demanding AI, HPC, and other high-performance computing workloads.
The campus benefits from Nevada's favorable tax environment, including a 2% sales and use tax, a 75% reduction in personal property tax, and no personal state income tax.
