Switch Armory Campus - Building 3

The Switch Armory Campus, located in Enterprise, Nevada, is a proposed three-building data center development spanning 52.5 acres. The campus will feature 217.1KSF of data room space across the three primary single-story buildings, each with a maximum height of 37 feet. An additional accessory building will bring the total to 220.1KSF. Each building will include a 58.6KSF data room, a 9.3KSF staging warehouse, and a 4.4KSF office area. The site will be equipped with essential infrastructure including a pump house, electrical substation with a control building, switchyard, equipment yards, chiller units, trash enclosures, and generators. The entire site will be secured by a 12-foot-tall CMU wall. Access will be provided from Decatur Blvd. and Serene Avenue. The project is being developed by Switch's affiliates, I 15 Mountain LLC and DECATUR SILVERADO INDUSTRIAL, LLC.
