AAIM Data Centers has announced the construction of its second facility in Nebraska, located near Hastings. This expansion builds on the success of its Aurora site and reflects AAIM’s commitment to strengthening digital infrastructure in the Midwest.

The new data center will benefit from close collaboration with Southern Power Public District, which is providing reliable energy solutions with a focus on renewables. While specific technical specs have not yet been disclosed, the project is expected to mirror the high standards of AAIM’s existing operations, including scalable power delivery and enterprise-grade colocation capabilities.

The Hastings location was chosen for its strategic position, access to skilled local talent, and strong community support. AAIM emphasized the importance of partnerships with local leaders and utility providers, noting that the project represents both technological advancement and long-term economic investment in Nebraska.
