Cloverleaf Infrastructure Troy Campus

Cloverleaf Infrastructure has proposed the development of a significant data center campus in Troy, Missouri, situated northeast of the St. Louis metropolitan area. The proposed site, located at Collinsville Rd & Formosa Rd, is planned to feature four data center buildings, along with ancillary infrastructure including a substation, an office, and a warehouse.

At full buildout, the campus is projected to offer a substantial 500MW of capacity. Construction is anticipated to commence in early 2027, with a targeted completion date of late 2028. Cloverleaf Infrastructure, a powered land provider founded in February 2024, specializes in acquiring land and collaborating with utilities to enhance power infrastructure for data center development. While specific end-user details for the Troy campus have not been disclosed, the company has indicated transparency regarding the project.
