Patmos Independence

Patmos Independence is a proposed data center development by Patmos Hosting, Inc. situated at 2500 Little Blue Parkway in Independence, Missouri, within the Kansas City metropolitan area. The project is reportedly under contract to acquire a warehouse building for conversion into a data center facility. Discussions between Patmos and the property owner, NorthPoint, began in November of the previous year. Building permit applications indicate an estimated construction cost of approximately $107 million for this second data center project in Independence.
