Compass Meridian Campus - Building 3

The Compass Meridian Campus, located in Meridian, Mississippi, is a significant $10 billion development by Compass Datacenters. This expansive project features eight planned data center buildings, each designed to offer 40MW of IT capacity and spanning 250,000 square feet. The campus is being developed over an eight-year timeline and is specifically engineered to support single-tenant operations, emphasizing high performance and reliability.

Strategically situated in Lauderdale County, the facility will draw approximately 500MW of electricity from Mississippi Power. The project is further supported by state and local incentives, including tax exemptions and assistance with site preparation.
