AVAIO Digital is developing a $6 billion hyperscale data center campus in Brandon, Mississippi, at the East Metropolitan Center Business and Industrial Park. Named AVAIO Digital Taurus, the project is designed to deliver sustainable, high-capacity infrastructure to support cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and other advanced digital workloads.
The campus will feature high-speed, low-latency connectivity with direct access to multiple long-haul fiber routes linking to major hubs such as Dallas and Atlanta. Entergy Mississippi will provide reliable power, and the design incorporates sustainable practices aligned with AVAIO’s environmental commitments.
Once complete, the facility will create at least 60 direct high-tech jobs and hundreds of indirect roles in construction and related industries, contributing to workforce development in the region. The project benefits from Mississippi’s Data Center Enterprises tax exemption and local government support, with full build-out targeted for the first half of 2027.
