Amazon Web Services (AWS) is constructing a substantial data center campus on over 100 acres in Canton, Mississippi. This initiative is a key component of a $10 billion investment by AWS and is projected to create at least 1,000 jobs in Madison County.  The campus, located at MS-22 & Nissan Pkwy, is anticipated to open in 2025 and signifies a major expansion for AWS in the Jackson, MS market. This development is recognized as Mississippi's largest economic development project to date, focusing on the creation of a state-of-the-art data center facility.
