Scannell Technology Park - Building 1

Scannell Technology Park, a proposed data center development by Scannell Properties, is planned for a 106-acre site in Monticello, Minnesota, within the Minneapolis market. The project envisions four buildings, each approximately 320,000 sq ft, to be constructed in phases. According to a Cushman & Wakefield sales brochure, the facility has the potential to deliver 150MW of power by 2027. The site is situated between the Otter Creek Crossing Industrial Park and the Bertram Chain of Lakes Regional Park. Scannell Properties, founded in 1990, is a real estate development and investment company with a focus on build-to-suit and speculative projects across North America and Europe.
