Connect Data Centers by Oppidan

Oppidan is planning a new 5MW data center on YMCA-owned land in Eagan, Minnesota. The project involves a single-story, 61,500 square foot facility on a 22.1-acre greenfield site. The development is set to begin site work in June 2025, with full occupancy and operations expected by December 2026.

Oppidan, a Minnesota-based property development firm, has a history of working with notable clients such as Oracle, Bell Canada, and Sabey Corp. The company has been involved in various data center projects across the United States, including a 90,000 square foot facility in Chicago and a 50MW data center in Santa Clara. The new Eagan data center will be part of Oppidan's subsidiary, Connect Data Centers, which has delivered data centers totaling 650MW and 2.28 million square feet since 2016.
