Connect Apple Valley

Connect Apple Valley, proposed by property development firm Oppidan and Rockport LLC, is a planned technology park in Apple Valley, Dakota County, Minnesota. The development is slated to include seven buildings with a total area of approximately 1 million sq ft, five of which will be dedicated data center facilities. The project is currently awaiting a conditional use permit for zoning changes from "Sand and Gravel" to "Industrial" after an Alternative Urban Areawide Review was approved by the city.
