CENTRA’s MSP1 data center in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is a Tier III+ facility designed to support high-density, AI-ready workloads. Located at 610 Opperman, the site spans 150,000 square feet and offers over 10MW of power capacity, with distributed redundant power (4/3) and N+1 cooling for maximum resiliency. It includes powered shell space divisible by racks, cages, or full suites, making it suitable for a wide range of tenants.

The facility features advanced access control, video surveillance, and 24-hour workspace availability. Strategically positioned near metro fiber rings and long-haul points of presence (POPs), MSP1 ensures low-latency connectivity and robust interconnection options. It is carrier-neutral, with fully redundant Meet-Me Rooms and support for tenant-owned systems.

MSP1 is part of CENTRA’s broader ecosystem, which includes locations in Charlotte, Portland, Reno, and Columbus. The Minneapolis site reflects CENTRA’s commitment to sustainable, scalable infrastructure with liquid cooling capabilities and tax abatements for qualifying tenants.
