Archer Datacenters is developing a 120MW data center campus in Faribault, Minnesota, located 45 minutes south of downtown Minneapolis. The 87-acre site will feature up to 500,000 square feet of single-story data hall capacity, with six buildings planned and scalable power delivered via an on-site substation.

The campus is designed for long-term growth and sustainability, including provisions for 4MW of on-site wind generation and natural gas infrastructure to support a potential microgrid. Fiber connectivity from providers like Lumen, Zayo, and Metronet is available nearby.
