Project Flex Campus is a proposed 180-acre data center development located in New Hudson, Michigan, at Milford Rd & W New Hudson Dr. Developed by Verrus, a company backed by Sidewalk Infrastructure Partners, the campus is planned to comprise six buildings with a total floor area of 1.8 million sq ft (170,000 sqm), along with a dedicated utility substation.  While the site plan received conditional approval, the project is awaiting necessary permits and approvals, including the full review of an energy audit and sound study submitted in early January. Details regarding the project's capacity remain undisclosed. The development has faced opposition from local residents concerned about its potential impact on utility rates, the environment, and the community's character.
