Deep Green’s DG06 Lansing facility marks the company’s first U.S. deployment and a major step in its transatlantic expansion. Located on the former Cooley Law School campus in Lansing, Michigan, this 20MW data center will deliver high-density colocation hosting across a 6,000 sqm footprint. It’s designed to support next-generation GPU workloads with up to 600kW per rack, using a tri-density cooling approach that includes rear-door, direct-to-chip, and immersion systems.
What sets DG06 apart is its integration with the Lansing Board of Water and Light: the facility will supply waste heat to the city’s hot water system via an on-campus heat exchange platform. This setup is projected to save $1.78 million annually and avoid over 14,000 tons of CO₂ emissions each year.
The site features four modular delivery bays, 100 racks per module, and a target PUE of under 1.17. It offers carrier-neutral 800Gb connectivity, 24/7 security meeting SOC2, ISO 27001, and FEDRAMP Medium standards, and N+1 redundancy across power, cooling, and backup systems.
