Appeal Digital Park

Appeal Digital Park, developed by Natelli Holdings, is a proposed 133-acre data center campus located in Lusby, Maryland. The facility is planned to include four 200,000 sqft data center buildings. Situated west of the intersection at Rt. 2/4 and Cove Point Road, the site is designated for I-2 Heavy Industrial use. The project aims to house essential computing, networking, routing, and storage systems, serving as a backbone for cloud computing, AI, and large-scale IT operations in the region. Appeal Digital Park is expected to enhance public infrastructure, foster technological advancements, and provide the digital foundation for critical services. The development is designed to balance community desires for rural character with the need for strong services, generating revenue and creating technology jobs. It will also strengthen and diversify the technology ecosystem in Southern Maryland. Natelli Holdings is committed to community engagement throughout the project.
