The site is equipped with 42U APC AR3100 cabinets and provides free WiFi for onsite technicians. Security is managed through a gated perimeter, CCURE card reader access, and 24/7 camera monitoring.

Critical power is delivered via two 250kVA UPS units with East Penn batteries and multiple PDUs ranging from 50kVA to 125kVA. Emergency power is supported by multiple diesel generators in 750kW and 1500kW configurations with 1,200amp and 2,000amp automatic transfer switches. The environment is regulated by multiple HVAC chillers and air handling units, while safety systems include VESDA Xtralis and Clean Agent Zones suppression. Carrier options include Comcast, Zayo, and Fiberlight with port sizes up to 100GE.
