Applied Digital Delta Forge 1 is a significant hyperscale data center campus located in Alexandria, Louisiana, USA. The campus is designed for a total capacity of 430MW. Applied Digital has secured a substantial 300MW lease agreement with a US-based, high investment-grade hyperscaler for two buildings on the Delta Forge 1 site. These 15-year leases are valued at $7.5 billion and include options for renewal. The campus broke ground in January, and initial operations are anticipated to commence in mid-2027. The first phase will feature two 150MW buildings situated on approximately 500 acres. This agreement marks a key step in Applied Digital's strategy to deliver operational AI capacity at scale and diversify its customer base with investment-grade hyperscalers.
