Beale Infrastructure

Project Pilot is a significant data center development by Beale Infrastructure, located in De Soto, Kansas, southwest of Kansas City. The project, situated on a 290-acre parcel near Edgerton Road, will span 1.14 million square feet upon completion, developed in four phases by Mount Sunflower Properties, LLC. Utilities will be supplied by Evergy, Water District No.7, and the City of De Soto. The facility's development agreement includes considerations for property and sales tax exemptions on Industrial Revenue Bonds and potential future property tax abatements. The first building is slated for delivery by 2027. The site is adjacent to a Panasonic EV battery plant.
