Euphemystic Ventures is developing a private, research-focused AI micro-datacenter situated at KU Innovation Park in Lawrence, Kansas. This facility is engineered to facilitate AI Proof Sprints, applied research initiatives, and secure pilot workloads.

It provides controlled, project-based access to on-premise AI and high-performance compute (HPC) resources. The datacenter is intended for university collaborators, enterprise partners, and civic or healthcare organizations that require strict data residency, enhanced security, and the ability for rapid iteration.

The facility is purpose-built for short-duration, high-impact engagements, distinguishing itself from traditional retail colocation. Access is granted by appointment, integrated into structured research or pilot projects. Euphemystic Ventures operates this datacenter independently.

The datacenter is currently under active construction, with compute hardware already acquired and infrastructure deployment in progress. Services include private AI compute access, AI Proof Sprints, pilot environments, applied research workloads, and secure processing for data-residency-sensitive applications. It also supports university and industry collaboration, as well as on-prem AI inference and RAG testing.
