Project Brewer, a development by Beale Infrastructure backed by Blue Owl, is planned for Gardner Township, Kansas, west of Kansas City. The multi-building campus is slated for 300 acres near the intersection of S Clare Rd & 191st St. Local reports suggest the potential for up to 16 buildings. The facility will be powered by Evergy and feature multiple on-site substations. Cooling will be managed through closed-loop air systems. The project is undergoing review by local planning commissions and city councils.
