Fluidstack Sullivan County

Fluidstack is developing a significant data center campus in Sullivan County, Indiana, with operations targeted to commence in 2027. This $65 billion project is designed to be entirely self-funded, covering all necessary infrastructure costs without passing any expenses to local residents.

Key commitments include direct community enhancement payments of $50 million to Sullivan County, with specific allocations to local programs and organizations. Fluidstack will also donate 15 acres of land. The data center will utilize a closed-loop cooling system, ensuring no impact on local water availability. A voluntary noise limit of 55 decibels at the nearest dwelling is also in place.

The development is expected to create over 2,500 construction jobs and several hundred operational jobs, paying above the regional average. Fluidstack aims to hire locally whenever possible and collaborates with local unions. The company is an American firm leasing exclusively to American tenants.
