US data center firm RadiusDC is planning a new campus located in Plainfield, Indiana, on the southwestern outskirts of Indianapolis. The project, approved by the Plainfield plan commission, involves the construction of two buildings, each measuring 100,835 sq ft (9,368 sqm), on a combined 31-acre site at the southeast corner of Smith Road and Allpoints Parkway.
RadiusDC, operating via Radiant DC REIT III-B, LLC, aims to develop this facility in a market that is currently zoned for office/warehouse uses. The proposals are set to be reviewed by the town council. RadiusDC was initially launched in 2022 by IPI Partners as an Edge firm focused on metro markets, with IPI Partners being acquired by Blue Owl last year.
