DC BLOX is developing a new data center campus in Indianapolis, Indiana, located at 305 Fintail Drive within the Thunderbird Commerce Center. This marks DC BLOX's first development in Indiana.
The campus will feature three buildings: a 80,000 sq ft single-story facility, a 140,000 sq ft two-story facility, and a 190,000 sq ft two-story facility, totaling 410,000 sq ft. The project includes an investment of up to $2.2 billion, inclusive of IT equipment.
Construction will occur in two phases. Phase one involves the 80,000 sq ft single-story building, expected to be completed within 24 months of approval. Phase two will develop the two larger buildings, with construction potentially starting in two years and finishing in four years. The facilities will utilize closed-loop cooling systems.
Indianapolis was chosen for its strong connectivity, reliable power access, and a growing technology ecosystem, making it an attractive location for digital infrastructure.
