Western Hospitality Partners

Western Hospitality Partners (WHP) is planning a data center campus development in Pekin, Illinois. The project is currently in the planning phase, with the City of Pekin having acquired approximately 1,000 acres of land known as Lutticken Farm. WHP intends to purchase around 321 acres of this site for the development of a technology park.  Full details of the planned development have not yet been disclosed. The city's involvement is contingent on the project's feasibility and alignment with community interests, as indicated by a land option agreement.  WHP has a history of involvement in data center projects in other states, including Kentucky, Indiana, and Pennsylvania.
