CloudCenters is developing a significant data center project located at 711 Ogden Avenue in Lisle, Illinois, a suburb west of Chicago near Naperville.
The facility is planned as a 256,000 sq ft, two-story colocation data center with a capacity of 40-50MW of IT load. It is designed with four data halls, each capable of supporting 10MW of critical IT power. The design is AI/ML compliant and will support 350-400 W/SF.
Construction is anticipated to begin by Q3 2026, with the shell delivery scheduled for Q4 2027. Options for customers include powered land + shell, build-to-suit, and turn-key solutions. The site is approximately 18 acres and is situated near a ComEd substation.
The property was previously occupied by Lockformer Company and has been vacant since around 2005. The site has a history of environmental contamination with trichloroethylene (TCE), which has been addressed as a superfund site.
