Deep Atomic AG

Deep Atomic Idaho Falls is a groundbreaking proposal for the nation's first fully integrated nuclear-powered AI data center campus, located at the Idaho National Laboratory in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Developed by a consortium including Deep Atomic AG, Parker Tide LLC, and others, the project aims to leverage the MK60 Small Modular Reactor (SMR). The MK60 is designed with a 60MW electricity generation capacity, 60MW of integrated cooling, and 200MW of thermal output, specifically engineered for AI and High-Performance Computing (HPC) loads. This dual-output SMR is intended to provide clean, resilient, and scalable power, serving as a blueprint for nuclear-powered AI campuses globally. The phased approach anticipates data center operations beginning within 24-36 months, utilizing grid, geothermal, and solar power while the MK60 SMR undergoes design certification, fabrication, and commissioning. If approved, it will serve as a national demonstration site for nuclear-powered AI infrastructure, offering a replicable model for various entities. The architecture allows for future expansion with additional reactor modules and data center blocks.
