The Forsyth Technology Campus is a significant proposed data center development by Trammell Crow Company, located in Forsyth, Georgia, approximately 60 miles south of Atlanta. The project plans to develop up to 12 million square feet of technology facility buildings on a vast 1,630-acre site. The development is situated along Johnsonville Road, Smith Road, and Collier Road, west of Interstate 75. This ambitious project has an estimated development timeline extending until 2037 and represents an investment of $8.4 billion. Trammell Crow Company is collaborating with local timber firm H & H, the current landowner, for this initiative. Forsyth is part of the Macon market and is experiencing growth with several large-scale projects planned in the region.
