Stillwater Hampton Campus

Stillwater Hampton Campus, located at 11760 Panhandle Rd in Hampton, Georgia, is a planned gigawatt-scale data center development by Stillwater Development. The project, also referred to as Stillwater Technology Park, is situated approximately 25 miles south of downtown Atlanta. At full build-out, the campus could encompass up to 15 data center buildings, totaling 3.465 million sq ft, and two on-site substations across approximately 400 acres. The development is slated to have a grid connection with a capacity of up to 1.25GW, provided by Central Georgia EMC. The first phase of this multi-billion dollar project is anticipated for completion by 2031. The city of Lovejoy, where the site is located, is not subject to the data center moratorium affecting unincorporated areas of Clayton County.
