CleanSpark Dalton 1

CleanSpark's Dalton facilities consist of multiple Bitcoin mining sites, strategically located in Georgia. The company acquired these assets through a membership interest purchase agreement, securing full ownership of the mining operations.

The Dalton campus includes two existing sites, with a third facility under construction. Once completed, the new site will operate at 0.8 exahashes per second, contributing to CleanSpark's growing hashrate.

An expansion of the existing Dalton facilities is also underway, expected to add another 0.8 exahashes per second. When fully operational, the combined Dalton sites will reach a total hashrate of 2.4 exahashes per second.
