Project West is a significant technology campus proposed for development in LaGrange, Georgia, located in unincorporated Troup County. The project, filed by WHP - GA LLC, aims to establish a "technology park/data center campus" spanning 513 acres. The development will feature six industrial buildings, each measuring 252,000 sq ft, totaling 1.5 million sq ft of space. An electrical substation will also be constructed as part of the campus infrastructure.

Phase I of Project West is slated for completion by 2028, with subsequent phases planned for 2030 (Phase II) and 2033 (Phase III). Upon full build-out, the campus is projected to have a total value of $6 billion. The site is situated near the intersection of Pearl Harbor Memorial Hwy (I-85) & Hamilton Rd, bordered by Bartley Road, Whitesville Road, Hamilton Road, and GA-403, and is bisected by a transmission line. LaGrange is strategically located approximately 68 miles southwest of Atlanta and 46 miles north of Columbus, near the Alabama state border.
