Thor Equities has expanded its real estate portfolio with the strategic acquisition of a 270-acre parcel in LaGrange, Georgia, earmarked for a state-of-the-art data center development. This significant plot includes a substantial facility spanning 506,220 square feet, equipped with a dedicated substation for robust power transformation capabilities.

The site boasts an impressive 100 MVA of transformation capacity and 50 MW of in-place power output, positioning it as a prime location for high-demand data center operations. Additionally, the infrastructure is fully prepared with essential utilities, including transformers, water, sewer, and natural gas, facilitating immediate deployment.

This acquisition underscores Thor Equities' commitment to the data center market, driven by increasing demands for AI technologies and cloud computing. The LaGrange location is set to become a coveted asset within the Southeast, leveraging Georgia's growing reputation as a key player in the data center industry.
