Cloverleaf Infrastructure is developing the 420-acre Pumpkin Technology Campus located in Harlem, Georgia, within the Augusta market.

The expansive campus is planned to include four dedicated data center buildings, designed to support modern digital infrastructure needs. Complementing the data center facilities, the development will also feature two warehouses, providing additional logistical and operational space.

A key component of the campus infrastructure is a dedicated substation, ensuring reliable and robust power delivery for the data center operations. This strategic development positions Pumpkin Technology Campus as a significant hub for technology and data services in the region.
