A data center campus is planned for Griffin, Georgia, on 127.45 acres of land in Spalding County. The site sits near High Falls Road, South McDonough Road, and Highway 16, just south of Atlanta.

The development, led by Spalding Investments LLC, proposes eight two-story data centers. Six will be 170,000 square feet each, and two will be 200,000 square feet, totaling around 1.42 million square feet of facility space.

The project includes its own on-site power transfer station. Water and sewage services will be handled by Spalding County Water Authority. A closed-loop water system is planned for cooling, indicating a nod toward environmental efficiency.

The estimated total investment is $1.5 billion. Once operational, the campus is projected to generate about $22.9 million per year in property tax revenue.

The Spalding County Planning Commission has recommended rezoning the land for manufacturing, allowing data center use under a special exception. Final approval is still pending.
