Atlas Development LLC is spearheading "Project Sail," a monumental data center campus proposed near Newnan, Georgia, approximately 45 miles south of Atlanta. This ambitious $17 billion project spans an 832-acre site and is set to feature 13 data halls, each with a footprint of 378,000 square feet, culminating in a total campus size of 4.9 million square feet. The development is expected to generate significant economic benefits, including $1.6 billion in annual tax revenue. Currently, the site is undergoing rezoning to accommodate this transformative initiative.
