The Douglas Waldrop project is a proposed multi-million-square-foot data center campus situated at 2912 Post Road in Winston, Georgia, southwest of Atlanta. Developed by TC Atlanta Development, Inc., a subsidiary of CBRE's Trammell Crow Company, the campus is planned to encompass 2.255 million sq ft across seven two-story buildings designed for data center uses, along with associated infrastructure. The initial phase of this significant development is slated for completion by 2027. The site, currently known as Waldrop Farm, is located in Douglas County, an area increasingly recognized as a data center hub within the greater Atlanta market.
