DC BLOX Atlanta East DC2

DC BLOX Atlanta East DC2 is a key component of the upcoming Atlanta East Hyperscale Data Center Campus in Conyers, Georgia, located approximately 24 miles east of downtown Atlanta. This facility is designed to meet the growing demand for AI-ready integrated digital infrastructure, particularly for hyperscale clients.

The campus will feature a total of 747,787 square feet across multiple buildings, including one 10MW and three 48MW structures. It is engineered for high-density computing, offering 154 critical MW of power capacity. The construction is built to withstand 135 mph winds and includes provisions for future liquid cooling. Mechanical systems utilize high-efficiency, air-cooled chillers with thermal storage and N+2 redundancy, aiming for an annualized PUE of 1.3. Network connectivity is robust, with a minimum of three diverse points of entry and meet-me rooms, and dark fiber routes to key locations.

Site preparations began in September 2024, marking the commencement of construction for this significant hyperscale development.
