The DataBank Lithia Springs Campus, located 20 minutes west of downtown Atlanta, spans 95 acres and is designed for expansion. It will house two facilities, ATL5 and ATL6, providing over 400,000 square feet of data center space within a total of 1 million gross square feet. The campus is supported by an adjacent 180MW Georgia Power sub-station, enabling a critical IT load of up to 120MW. Connectivity is enhanced through dark fiber links to DataBank's ATL2/ATL3 data center complex, which hosts major network providers for metro, regional, and long-haul capacity. This development underscores DataBank's strategy of real estate ownership and its commitment to serving the growing Atlanta metro market with mission-critical IT infrastructure.
