DataBank, a US operator, is developing a significant new data center campus, codenamed Project Indo, in Cartersville, Georgia. Located on a 69-acre site at 218 Industrial Park Road, approximately 42 miles northwest of downtown Atlanta, the campus is planned to span 1.1 million sq ft and deliver 200MW of power. The project has a potential valuation of $2.4 billion upon completion. The first phase is anticipated to launch by 2032. The site benefits from proximity to a substation. This development marks DataBank's largest planned facility in the Atlanta market, which has seen a substantial increase in data center proposals due to rising demand.
