Atlas Development LLC

Atlas Development has proposed a significant project named Avemore, a 428-acre technology and data park located in Villa Rica, Georgia, approximately 30 miles west of Atlanta. The site plans suggest the construction of up to seven single-story buildings, each spanning 350,000 square feet, with an estimated investment of $5-7 billion. The first phase of development is expected to commence in 2028.
