Project Tango is a proposed data center campus located on 202 acres in Loxahatchee, Florida, within the West Palm Beach market. Developed by investment firm PBA Holdings, the project has filed plans with Palm Beach County, with the zoning commission recommending approval. At full build-out, Project Tango could encompass 3.69 million sq ft (342,810 sqm). The site is situated approximately 3.7 miles west of Seminole Pratt Whitney Road on Southern Boulevard. It is located near the Palm Beach Aggregates rock pits and Florida Power & Light’s 1.25GW West County Energy Center. The site currently has zoning for 2 million sq ft of industrial space, including data centers, a zoning request approved in 2016. Concerns have been raised by local residents regarding the project's scale and proximity to residential areas.
