The layout consists of a 9,990 square ft building. Construction is concrete block and stucco with a rigid frame/bar-joist roof with built up tar and gravel cover. The roof is a flat steal construction surrounded by a 2.5 ft flange to protect against wind shear. Wind shear is the leading cause of damage by storms.

The building is powered by 3 Phase / High Voltage electricity and a local transformer. Propane generators are online for power outages. Internet redundancy is provided from Bright House Networks and Level3 (TW Telecom) Direct Fiber Connectivity. BGP Routing and Auto Fail-over Infrastructure provide a high speed redundant connection to the Internet.

The Data-Center is protected by Vista Wall Infrastructure rated with Category 5 wind resistant framework. Physically ventilated Data-Center floor is raised 36 inches above the concrete foundation. In addition to Tampa, Data-Tech provides optional co-location redundancy to our Atlanta Data-Center.
