Sentinel Grove Technology Park

Sentinel Grove Technology Park, also known as Project Jarvis, is a proposed 1,218-acre data center campus located in Fort Pierce, Florida, near Minute Maid Rd & Orange Ave. The site, currently zoned AG-5 Agricultural, is planned to accommodate significant development, with initial phases potentially reaching five million sq ft and a total build-out capacity of up to 15 million sq ft. The project represents a substantial long-term private capital investment, estimated at $13.5 billion for the first 1,000MW of data center capacity. The application highlights the site's suitability for global technology firms requiring immediate power adjacency and substantial acreage. Water and wastewater services will be self-provided through private, self-contained package treatment facilities. Local officials have recommended against approving the necessary comprehensive plan amendments for the development.
